How do I get started?

After you call or email our office, one of our therapists will get back to you within one business day to schedule a free 15-minute consultation and identify the best therapist for you. You will then work with that therapist to schedule your first appointment, which typically lasts 50-60 minutes. After the initial appointment, your therapist will lay out a treatment plan that is individualized to your needs.

How does payment work?

Many of our therapists do not belong to insurance networks, but we provide our clients with receipts should they wish to submit to their insurance companies for out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of the appointment by check or credit card. Rarely, in special circumstances, our therapists may offer a modified payment structure or sliding scale.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please notify your therapist by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule, we will make every effort to reschedule you within the week. We reserve the right to charge for any missed appointment.

What about COVID-19?

We are offering telehealth services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Individual therapists may offer in-person sessions by request and as appropriate, while adhering CDC and state guidelines to maintain safety. We will work with you to connect you with the support that you need in this stressful time.
